WHAT TO DO AND WHAT TO SEE ON HOLIDAY IN BELLARIA IGEA MARINA

A territory to discover, a thousand smiles to experience

Bellaria Igea Marina

The Beach Suite Hotel in Igea Marina is exactly on the sea one minute from the city center and the promenade with the shops. The promenade is full of characteristic meat and fish restaurants, pizzerias and bars where you can sip excellent aperitifs while looking at the sea. Here you are just a 5-minute walk from Parco del Gelso, the green lung of the area, ideal for regenerating breaks in the midst of nature.

Rimini to explore

Romagna with its warm and sunny hospitality is the perfect destination for a summer that everyone likes. Bellaria Igea Marina on the Adriatic coast is a few kilometers from Rimini, the liveliest province of the Riviera rich in history and culture. A visit to its historic center is highly recommended, which still retains ancient vestiges from the Roman era such as the Arch of Augustus and the Tiberius Bridge. Also not to be missed is a walk in the old Borgo San Giuliano with its characteristic fishermen’s houses which was the birthplace of the famous director Federico Fellini.

The Romagna hinterland

Whenever you desire to make a trip out of town, just take your car and leave for the villages that surround Rimini. Ancient villages steeped in history that saw the major lordships of the area follow one another during the Middle Ages such as the Malatesta and Montefeltro families. To visit: San Leo, Gradara, Verucchio, Santarcangelo and Montebello.

The theme parks

On the Riviera entertainment would not be the same if there were no theme parks. Here is something really for all tastes, Mirabilandia for lovers of breathtaking roller coasters, Italia in Miniatura to experience the wonders of our beautiful country without sacrificing fun, Aquafan for those who live by swimming pools and waterslides and Oltremare and the Cattolica Aquarium to spend an educational day with the inhabitants of the oceans.
