IS THERE A PARKING SPACE FOR MY CAR?
Our hotel has a paid parking available for our guests, not reservable and thus subject to availability, uninsured and unguarded. In case our parking is full at the time of your arrival we will give you directions to the nearest public parking.
WHAT ABOUT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
You can check-in from 14:00 until 22:00, our staff will prepare your apartment before your arrival.
Check-out is by 11:00. If you arrive before check-in time or would like to stay in the area a little longer after check-out you may leave your luggage at the hotel for a few hours.

We require the full payment at the check-in, both cash and card/bancomat are accepted.

IS THE APARTMENT PROVIDED WITH BEDDING AND TOILET LAUNDRY?
Yes of course, all apartments are provided with both.
WHEN IS THE HOUSEKEEPING WORK CARRIED OUT?
Our staff regularly cleans the apartments every day, with no extra charges.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Unfortunately we do not accept pets in our apartments.
DO WE NEED TO PAY A CITY TAX?
No, there’s no city tax.
IN THE EVENTUALITY SOMETHING UNEXPECTED OCCURS, WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our cancellation policy is very favourable, that’s why we always advise our guests to make a reservation as early as possible in order to secure the best offer.
If something unexpected occurs you can easily cancel your reservation for free up to a few days before the date of check-in.
HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY RESERVATION?
In order to definitely confirm your reservation we require your credit card details as a guarantee. We will guide you in the process with simple instructions so you can safely provide us with the following info: the name of the card owner, the card number and typology, the expiration date and the security number (on the back, the last three numbers on the right). The amount will not be charged on your card, only blocked as a deposit. You can also confirm your reservation by means of a bank transfer.
